高血壓問題 - 運動

前幾天去測量了血壓後 血壓是135/69 脈拍數55
由於我們家的飲食不算清淡 但是我們家也沒有高血壓的病史
我有長期在運動 跑步跟重量訓練都有 (持續1~2年了)
不知道為啥我的血壓還是這麼高@@ 我以為有運動就可以控制了說..
我25歲 這樣是不是算有點高了..朋友有人才100/70 脈拍數70
