膽固醇過高 - 膽固醇

我才吃素一年多,
最近的健康檢查報告我的膽固醇286,
我的體重正常沒抽煙,
運動量也很大(大約一週三到四次慢跑3~5公里的山路),
遺傳不知有沒有影響,
我父母膽固醇都偏高,
請問大家素食有那些食物對膽固醇有利及有害呢?

我找到的資料是
有利:
杏仁,豆類,燕麥,秋葵,茄子,意仁,胡蘿蔔
有害:(數字代表含毫克數)
起士140,牛奶24,奶油300(不知是動植物的)
