我是女生可是想增胖
身高162 體重43~44
雖然說很多人很羨慕很瘦很好
我的食量超大,但從小到大都吃不胖
非常的煩惱,我希望自己看起來能有肉一點
有時候穿衣服能撐得起來比較好看(個人觀感@@)
所以想請問到底要怎樣才能增胖??
已經吃很多了(都被我弟嫌棄...吃的跟他一樣多= =)
是不是要配合哪些運動才能增胖(不喜歡運動的我orz)
希望有人能提供多一點的有效意見給我
