如何改善虛寒體質? - 運動

想請問各位網友, 如果體質是屬於腸胃虛寒, 虛寒體質不宜吃降火氣的
(如綠豆湯, 青草茶...) , 但是臉部又因為燥熱而容易長痘痘的情況,
應該要吃什麼樣的食物比較適合呢? 有沒有適合的運動或其他方式可以
改善這種情況, 請知道的網友提供建議, 謝謝 ^ ^
