我是女生,身高約169
自從自己利用運動跟晚餐飯量減少一點,瘦了三四公斤(56-->52)之後
就一直不斷的減輕,去醫院體檢時約50多公斤,發現BMI值不到18
因為想把BMI值維持在18以上,所以晚餐的飯量又恢復正常
我平常吃的東西
早餐:一大碗大燕麥片(約十匙) 奇異果一顆 蘋果一粒 偶有香蕉一根或葡萄
午餐:兩塊關廟麵 或三塊冬粉 加很多青菜或肉 或一個便當(但吃不飽)
晚餐:一大碗白飯 媽媽煮的菜(青菜 魚或肉)
偶爾會吃點零食,因為肚子很容易餓
一個星期大約運動4天左右 像跑3Km 或游泳
自認自己的運動量不算大,食量卻很大
每次量體重時,卻都在51公斤左右徘徊
明明就吃很多,體重卻沒有增加
不知道自己吃的東西到底都跑哪裡去了?
可以幫我看一下,我這樣吃到底營養夠不夠?還是自己腸胃吸收能力不好?
