21號週日就是冬至了
一整年中這一天人體吸納之性到達最高點
今年又剛好在禮拜天
大家可以好好休息
燉些藥膳好料充分進補
效果是平常的好幾倍喔
又 聽說當天台北有個大型馬拉松(宣傳已久)
去跑的人真是不知死活啊......
在冬至這個節氣, 出大汗的運動超級超級傷身!!!
週遭如有人要跑趕快勸阻一下吧.
