確實,牛奶不是對每個人都不好,但是在現今卻是很大的過敏源之一。
這就是為什麼西方社會開始重視人們對於動物性蛋白的過敏,而研發出
植物性的產品。
一位醫生 Frank Oski,約翰霍普金斯大學小兒科的前director及約翰霍
普金斯兒童中心的physician-in-chief (對不起,我不知道怎麼翻譯) 認為:
兒童早期的攝取牛奶可能會造成一生的影響,包括氣喘和慢性血管疾病。
他認為對於新生兒來說,有兩個最好的牛奶取代品的來源-健康母親的左胸和右胸 :p

也包含相當多為何不要攝取乳製品的資訊
或許乳製品不是每個人攝取了都會有問題,但是它引起過敏的百分比也算是相當高的。
我自己也相當的愛好乳製品,成年以後醫生也叫我多喝牛奶補充鈣質,直到幾年前接
觸到這些資訊,自己停止喝了,再觀察身體的反應,才發現原來它也是我的過敏源之
一,而之前做過的過敏源測試竟然沒有測出來。
(不過現在還是有喝啦 > < 咖啡牛奶是我的最愛,很難戒除)
基於種種的心理因素,即使未來科學真的百分百確切的證實了乳製品的壞處,人們還是
不會完全放棄的,因為它佔據了人類飲食中相當大的部分。
所以提倡"牛奶壞處"的目的之一,其實只是讓商人不要再靠著財力,誇大乳製品的好處
,而該告訴人們真相,讓人們自己選擇。在美國,這些找出部分真相的人,都曾經受過
利益團體的威脅和反對。
財團們的大影響力-廣告和宣傳深植人心,加上人們愛好乳製品-造成抗拒相信的心理
,造成了這些衝突。
