最近心血來潮,用黃豆:紅豆:黑豆比例約2:1:1浸泡四五小時後,用九陽豆漿機製作豆漿, 口感很特別,想說這樣一次就可以喝進三種豆漿,請問:這樣的混搭會不會不好,比如寒燥性食品衝突等。謝謝大家
