前陣子公司接了個大案子,可能給自己很大的壓力
整個人變得很緊繃,失眠+腸胃不適困擾了我近一個半月,吃藥都沒什麼改善
上禮拜在朋友的陪同下去精神科作檢查,醫生說有點輕微的自律神經失調
當下聽完其實有點緊張(雖然還不知道失調是什麼狀況 囧)
但醫生說這對現在上班族還蠻普遍的,才稍微鬆口氣....
醫生有開藥給我吃,也請我要放鬆自己的身心,最好能養成運動的習慣
想問問版友們運動對自律神經的幫助效果大嗎?
該挑選什麼運動比較合適?(我很少運動>"<...)
