蹲低身體,雙手擺動加上跳躍,網路瘋傳韓國熱門瘦身操,標榜4分鐘內快速消耗
卡路里。
第一個動作,上下反覆跳躍,再來雙手貼地支撐身體,趴下後再跳起,最後則是
深蹲之後用手肘碰觸膝蓋,3組動作各 20秒,4分鐘內重複8次。
短短4分鐘確實能讓人氣喘吁吁,但是不斷蹲下跳躍恐怕容易對關節造成運動傷害。
瘋傳的4分鐘瘦身打破每日運動半小時的標準,但要注意身體狀況能否負荷,以免
飆汗瘦了卻帶來新的傷害。
