早上睡醒會頭暈 - 運動

大家好,我一直以來都有個困擾 
 
即使每天睡足8個小時,起床時就是會頭暈
 
大概會暈個一個小時,腦袋才會開始清醒
 
不太了解頭暈的原因是什麼 我沒有高血壓或低血壓
 
平常生活作息也蠻正常的 11點睡 6點~7點起床
 
不菸不酒不吃檳榔 不太吃油炸和冰品
 
運動大概一個禮拜兩次 一次重訓一次有氧
 
所以會頭暈的狀況一直都有 想知道該怎麼改善
