有時候睡前都會想太多
就經神緊蹦
也許和平常壓力大也有關吧
時間壓縮又不太有時間去運動
也許有人會說大流一場汗就睡得著了
最近天氣這麼冷,游泳比較不想去
所以有時候睡前要拖很久才會睡得著
有沒有比較能緩和神經壓力的方法
或是食用配方呢?

建議是睡前二小時內不進食,也不喝提神的飲料如咖啡等。
然後有規律的運動,會睡的比較好。
