從去年開始為了下個月研究所的考試開始
每天過著窩在圖書館念書的生活
最近發現身體有點疲勞
有時明明不想睡
但是一直狂打哈欠
注意力常常不能集中
一睡就想睡很久
氣色看起來又不太好
加上長時間沒什麼運動
想請問大家這時該多吃點什麼東西比較好幫助
可以改善一下目前的問題
