最近剛拿到公司年度健檢報告
看到結果臉上馬上多了3條黑線...像這樣→= ='''
紅字一大堆...看了差點沒昏倒...
尤其在血脂肪這項,膽固醇246 mg/dl,三酸甘油脂179 mg/dl
低密度蛋白162 mg/dl,全都太高了,而且全都比去年多出10~20個單位左右...
現在整個心情down到一個不行...@@~
目前還有血壓130/73,血紅素17.7偏高...
身高/體重=181/70,同事看到這樣的結果都感到十份訝異...
目前要降低膽固醇的話,小弟只知道飲食方面不要吃肉,儘量清淡點
可多攝取燕麥及蔬果類,固定多運動、生活作息方面著手...
不曉得各位能否給些建議參考? 我打算好好調養一下然後3個月後再回門診追蹤...
希望到時候能改善一下...要不然目前這樣子真的很難過...@@~
ps: 市售"每朝健康"綠茶有註明減少體脂肪形成及調節血脂功能...
不知道真的有功效還是只是廣告功能而已呢?
