如何才不會便秘 - 運動

有幾個選項:
1. 足夠的睡眠
2. 充足的飲水
3. 少吃肉蛋類
4. 適當的運動
5. 身心要愉快
根劇我的經驗,1最重要,
每次只要睡不好,一定便秘,
但是睡得好,吃再多肉,似乎好像也不會便秘!
二年來的經驗,大家參考
