最近天天都慢跑4公里 有時多一點點 適量的運動讓我得到平靜
三餐都正常 覺得夠了就停 還想吃就多吃一口
但那一口食物 不管是什麼 我都很珍惜很享受的吃下
真好吃 細細咀嚼 感受它的風味
豐富的養份滋養著身體
然後再使用食物給我的能量 去運動 去讀書 去工作 去旅行
最近熱衷的事是替自己準備晚餐 原文小說 還有照顧我家的小肥兔
神待我不薄 賜給我美食與健康的身體 我很滿足
