前陣子體檢
我的高密度脂蛋白膽固醇有80 mg/dl
總膽固醇也高達178 mg/dl
不知要如何調整才能更健康?
我覺得我膽固醇量太高了 希望降到150下
我沒有運動習慣 尤其冬天
飲食也經常過量
因為我有稍微飲食焦慮
肚子要吃飽才有安全感
但是我常常看養生板作為我飲食的參考
現在除了偶爾吃自助餐會吃到煎炒食物外
我的平日飲食都是以蒸煮為主 青菜會自己加一些冷壓葡萄籽油之類的
醣類和蛋白質食物也吃滿多的 牛奶就比較少喝
我最大的忌諱只有不吃反式脂肪 氫化油類(這個吃自助餐時就不可避免了)
也很怕吃糖 但蜂蜜和黑糖等寡糖和水果的糖例外 巧克力和全麥土司也例外
總之我自己弄食物絕對不會去碰砂糖
還有最近也睡眠不太夠..
一天睡6小時就謝天謝地了 盡量早睡
不知像我這樣總是吃太多太飽的要怎麼改善飲食才好
而有沒有什麼建議的?
