幾年前肩膀受過傷,雖然有經過復健,但
一直覺得沒有完全康復,韌帶還是覺得
怪怪的,做一些運動時也常會感覺兩邊
施力不均,右肩比較無力,最近我爸拿了
一瓶nature made的維骨力給我,聽說
維骨力內含有葡萄糖胺可幫助韌帶修復
想請問:

3 維骨力和鈣片的差異?
4 軟骨素又是什麼呢?
