最近身體越來越不好= = 失眠狀況越來越嚴重了
每天都要翻個兩個多小時才睡的著 早上精神就很糟糕
這幾天我的英文老師建議我喝桂格雞精(養氣人蔘) 說感覺有差
剛剛去看 好貴喔XD
請問問看大家的意見 :)
話說 之前我有吃過B群 反而更想要睡覺= =
還是說 我該喝蜆精試看看呢?
