起床後一杯水 改善便秘

老年人因腹肌衰弱,進而缺乏排便的動力。台大醫院北護分院營養師簡妙凌表示,其他像
是纖維食物攝取的不足、喝水不足、運動不足、情緒因素等,也都是造成便秘的原因。
由於飲食的精緻化或是吃得少或是牙齒功能變差等,使得纖維食物攝取不足,導致糞便量
減少。若要改善因纖維食物攝取不足所引起的便秘,簡營養師表示,平日多吃含纖維的食
物,吃完後也要多喝水,才能有助排便。
平日應多喝開水,最好是能在起床後喝一杯溫開水,能有效改善便秘情形。簡營養師表示
,腸道吸收適量的水分,以提供新陳代謝所需,一旦水喝少了,自然腸道內殘留的水分就
少,糞便也就變得乾燥堅硬。此外,喜歡吃辛辣、重口味、嗜酒無度的人或是感冒的人,
腸內火旺水分不足使得大變乾結。
緊張、壓力或憂愁、思慮過度的人,將影響傳導排便的神經,並且使腸胃功能低下,造成
便秘。所以,避免造成自身精神緊張、壓力過重等問題。
多數人總認為脂肪熱量高而不攝取,簡營養師表示,其實,脂肪不僅具有潤糞的功用,而
且脂肪酸也可刺激腸蠕動。
