我平常就有失眠問題
可能要躺1~2小時才睡得著
平常鬧鐘起床時間總是沒睡飽
然後就會在繼續睡到很晚
請問睡太多 會不會反而不好阿
還是睡到自然醒總比痛苦的起床好
