請幫我看看我的飲食有沒有問題 - 養生

早上: 一杯蜂蜜水+711全麥土司一片夾加鈣起司
1hr後喝一杯黑咖啡出門
中午:一片711全麥土司 加兩包小包裝蘇打
下午3~5點再喝一杯三合一咖啡
晚餐:十穀米(有蓮子)+四朵中等大小的香菇 + 蒸蛋(有放醬油一大匙)+起司一片
晚餐後吃 膠原蛋白錠+維他命c+魚油
偶爾會買一些些便宜的水果 如蘋果 香蕉 橘子吃
不管熱量夠不夠的話 我的飲食中有缺什麼營養或什麼東西吃太多嗎???
