從前兩天開始我醒了快三十個小時 睡覺時間卻還不到三小時...
前天開始上床躺了三四個小時睡不著起來用電腦
然後早上六點開始搬家(我學生在外租屋) 搬搬搬到十二點
那時開始我非常想睡 但是我之前都要是作息不好我就ㄍ一ㄥ一天到晚上七八點才睡覺
所以下午開始到外面採買些東西
回到家以後四五點 然後吃個便當 七點開始睡....
然後晚上九點肚子痛醒來跑去拉肚子(應是便當的問題)...
接著在床上翻滾到剛剛...睡不著.....
現在我感覺還滿累的 但是沒睡意..
平常我的生活作息雖然不算正常 但起碼最晚半夜一點會上床去躺
每每都要翻滾一個多小時才睡著..
我每天喝兩三公升的水 然後這幾天搬家都也特別有運動到
卻沒有睡意 我好難過阿..
