父母親的營養補充 - 運動

因為最近開始稍有餘裕
想要買些營養補充品給父母親食用
不過實在是毫無頭緒
想請問父母親的條件適合做什麼樣的補充呢?
父:早睡早起、大多從事勞力方面的工作。
母:早睡早起,邁入更年期,有穩定運動。
之前搜尋過一些網路上的資料,大多是蔬果攝取和運動為主
但是父母親平時勞動也不少,蔬果攝取方面也算健康
是想要買些B群給他們補充
不知道是否有推荐的營養品呢?!
