由於工作因素大都在晚上七點到九點之間參加集體性的運動
算是有爆發力 有氧兼具的運動 激烈程度也滿高
如果提早吃晚餐好像運動到一半會想吐
但是結束之後吃又太晚似乎對身體也不好
請問該怎麼安排晚餐呢
p.s.運動頻率一週一~二次 類似拳擊運動
