我的腸胃,該怎麼保養 - 養生

我覺得我的腸胃好怪,早上空腹太久(比如睡到9~10點)
就會想大號,所以我最多睡到9點多,就被便意叫起床,
然後吃早餐,又會因為gastrocolicreflex(胃消化東西,刺激腸胃蠕動)
然後又上一次大號,
而且都是在早上,早上有時候又要趕去上課,
請問這樣是正常的嗎?還是說可以靠吃哪些東西來改善我的保養腸胃?
或是平日應該注意哪些飲食?
PS.我太緊張的時候,也會想大號,怎麼感覺常常在大號 > <
