我平常睡眠時間都夠久,有到八個小時
可是還是容易覺得疲勞,明明平常沒做什麼很大的勞動,
因為要準備考試,所以要有足夠的體力讀書,
而且我很容易受寒感冒,一年感冒好幾次...
想知道如何增強體力和免疫力...
(吃的方面我也算攝取均衡,也在有攝取維他命,最近有多走動當運動)
