我喜歡喝紅茶,每天都要泡一大壺,
不過又怕喝多了紅茶裡面的草酸會跟身體裡
的鈣離子結合成草酸鈣造成結石,
特別是運動後,
有人說運動後喝紅茶可以加強代謝效果,
也有人說這時候身體水份比較少會造成草酸的濃度偏高不要喝,
不知道哪個說法比較正確?
要怎麼喝紅茶才能享受紅茶的優點,並減少草酸濃度偏高帶來
的結石潛在危險?(比如說量不要超過多少 什麼狀態下不宜)
