失眠問題 半夜一直醒 - 運動

我入眠困難,都靠睡前半顆stilnox
不過可能stilnox藥效短
我12點睡,總是到四五點就逐漸清醒
上個廁所在睡後,品質很差,總覺得多夢+半夢半醒
由於我現在是考生
心理上很排斥藥的副作用,如會讓記憶力變差 反應變慢類
(書已經讀的來不及了XD)
想請益有什麼方法可以改善呢?
ps.後來我每天都有作運動,入睡容易多了
但還是品質不好+每天一定會醒來看日出
看完日出白天沒精神看書>口<
