一般建議三餐中份量最大的那一餐後吃。
個人不建議在隔日睡不飽身體相當疲累時服用!!...
感覺不知道是不是提神效用跟疲憊相牴觸...很痛苦的經驗....
熬夜或睡不好或失眠的人通常有維他命B群或鈣質缺乏的情況,因為維他命B
與身體協調神經、肌肉有關,想入眠,多數營養師建議,最好在白天時補
充維他命B群,睡前1小時補充鈣片。 :)
