可以在早餐前晨跑嗎 - 壓力

由於本人的腸胃嚴種消化不良 常常胃漲氣
而且處在壓力很大的環境下
前幾天去看醫生 醫生建議我每天早上5點到七點之間跑步
對疏解壓力及腸胃都有好的效果
因為我本身疾病的關係 所以吃飽後在晨跑身體會很不舒服
所以我想說晨跑完在吃早餐 請問這樣可以嗎??
因為之前聽人說早上一起來沒吃東西就運動對身體不太好>.<
希望有人可以給我一些建議 先謝謝大家了!!
