很多上班族因為常常熬夜加班都會吃保肝丸
但這之前新聞好像有說是錯的
原因好像是保肝丸不一定適合每個人吃
吃多了好像保不到肝,反而會爆肝= =
爬文之後發現保肝也有新的選擇
五味子和藍綠藻好像都不錯
都是生物科技發達的產物
五味子是中藥
標榜天然漢方草本提煉,售價便宜
蜆精主要降低膽固醇
可以有效防止動脈硬化,又可解酒
但長期服用價格不便宜呀
有沒有人可比較一下兩者的價格和吃過的效果呢??
