其實 天然的不都好
我想大家多多少少都知道
也不需要反應激烈
像牛奶
到現在還是被許多(傳統?)營養師或醫師推薦為優良的鈣質來源
以前看一位姜醫師寫書說不要喝牛奶
她有個病患 長期以來過敏 皮膚有問題
一停喝牛奶 這些過敏、皮膚的問題都好了
看看先進國家 英美 乳製品用量大 但卻也是骨質密度疏鬆嚴重的國家
她寫說
乳製品 乳酪算是酸性(肉類也是) 為了要中和酸性 身體會從骨質釋出鈣離子
過量的乳製品 和蛋白質 會增加鈣的流失
(但又看到網路有醫師反對此種說法 說證據薄弱...)
而且 其實鈣質含量第一名 早已不是牛奶了
黑芝麻是目前知道含鈣最高的食物 是牛奶數倍(還有知道更高的可以來update一下)
搜尋維基百科有關鈣的資料~
"磷亦需要維生素D及鈣維持其正常機能。
磷與鈣會相互拮抗競爭,影響彼此的吸收。如果鈣質攝取量偏低,又攝取大量的磷時
(鈣:磷<1:3),血鈣會下降,骨礦物質會分解釋出鈣,最終造成骨質流失;這種情
形在老年人及停經婦女最為明顯。
含有磷的食品為魚、雞、鴨、蛋、牛奶、乳製品、全穀類製品、花生、豌豆、杏仁、葵花
子。"
如果維基百科上述是有根據的,那麼就算是醫師可能也要作功課了吧...
不管什麼說法 總是會有抱持正反兩端意見的人
個人認為 有根據的實驗調查 還是比較客觀的..
