雖然年假快結束了,但這幾天試著有「方略」的作戰,
效果尚可,至少多年來我第一次真的吃了年夜飯、初一的午晚餐,
這對我來說實在是....很了不起了~~

*PLAN AHEAD*THINK AHEAD
1.每天早上擬定計畫及注意事項,規劃當天早餐、午餐、晚餐(下午點心)
的內容,確認時間、地點、和誰一起用餐。
2.在一天開始的時候自我提醒B/P的壞處,平安度過年假的意義與裨益,
加強自己信心。
3.除用餐之外,其他時間也要計畫好要做什麼,把重心放在「吃」之外的活動上。
4.如果可以的話,和家人溝通自己覺得可容忍的食量,委婉傳達大家不要提
起食量、外表、體重等敏感話題。
5.事先確認有哪些潛在的困難,和可靠的人討論,想好應對及處理方法。
6.餐前先檢查有哪些食物,什麼敢吃什麼不敢吃,盤算好要吃的份量及種類
,一開始就拿好這一餐全部的量到自己的碗盤裡,放慢速度吃。
7.不可慌亂,有條理的分析聚餐、聚會場合上可能引起B/P的因素以及應對的
方策。先告訴可靠的人自己擔心和害怕發生的情況,需要幫助時打信號,他
們可以轉移話題或是打斷自己的行動。

後來初二和媽媽回娘家我就「崩盤」了,如果做到時時自我提醒以上的重點,
大概會好一點吧!過年過節總是一大堆食物,長輩又很會叫你吃,一些讓
人想起不愉快記憶的場景使得心裡莫名的不舒服....不曉得大家是否也這樣
覺得,只要有心嘗試,好好吃一頓團圓飯是有可能的!
