白麵包不是好東西哦. 我都每天晚上煮五穀飯, 多的冰起來,
早上可以做簡單飯團, 或是加入蛋和青菜煮成稀飯吃
青菜前一天晚上先洗好, 丟下去煮很快, 5分鐘即可吃.
或自己蒸粽子配水果和青菜
