運動+環境清潔+益生菌...過敏卻沒更好 - 運動

我本身是從小就鼻子過敏的人
只要一到換季 就會開始狂鼻塞+流鼻涕
一直都有維持運動 家裡環境也都有在注意
剛開始過敏狀況就有好一些
前一陣子開始是還有搭配吃益生菌
不過我覺得效果就還好耶 感覺就沒什麼差= =
看板上很多人都說吃了有改善很多
照理說應該要更好吧....
想問一下 是不是有可能我買到效果不好的益生菌...
大家都是補充哪種的阿? 或是哪家的?
