軍中值夜班的調適 - 壓力

小弟目前於外島服役
作息由於值班之故所以相當不正常
時常一晚值班十二小時後補休八小時,或者是睡到夜間十二點多,
再起來接六小時的班後補休八小時
而小弟我睡眠原本就不好,在軍中環境又時常有人員在寢室走動
每次補休八小時,大約都只能睡到四~五小時,而且睡眠品質差且頻尿
常常想再睡但是常易感到心跳加速(心悸?)且腦中思慮輾轉難眠(壓力大)
醒來後精神仍然非常差
看其他弟兄好像都可以一直睡到被人叫醒,還真的是很羨慕....
想請問板上各位高人,在這種非不得已的情況下,有什麼能讓睡眠較平順,
身體較不受影響的方法嗎?
