一堆硬纖維.糾纏到硬梆梆拉不出來.蔬菜吃再多都無效.
便秘的人***是要吃水溶性***膳食纖維(寒天/洋菜/白木耳/愛玉..)
便秘的人***不要吃非水溶性***膳食纖維(蔬菜類/五榖類)
便秘是因排泄物中水分被小腸吸走.
排泄物變乾.體積變小.較不會有想嗯嗯的刺激感.
沒有天天習慣自動排泄的人.等到有感覺要上廁所都已經多天後很難拉出來摟
水溶性膳食纖維中的水分較不會被小腸吸收走.
這樣就能軟化排泄物.體積量也較大.比較會有刺激感想上廁所.
因排泄物是軟的也就較好排泄出來喔

不過這只是便祕原因的其中之一

綠茶好像對腸胃也不好說
