男友現在33歲
平常有抽菸..喝紅酒的習慣
體型偏瘦
而且他工作時數非常長!! (研究人員 待實驗室)
每天從早上九點工作到晚上十一點 ˋ(′_‵||)ˊ
超可憐的!!
之前他身體感覺還不錯
但是上個月他生了一場大病 發燒三天
從那次之後 身體就一直覺得很虛弱.....很容易疲勞
我有多煮青菜 一些比較營養的菜給他吃 但好像沒什麼用???
我非常擔心他....>"< 真的很希望能讓他恢復元氣
我想要熬一些中藥? 或是補品 調理他身體
請問哪些中藥食譜適合他呢???
雞湯適合他嗎??? 要加哪些中藥材比較好呢???
