說實在話
我的體質一直讓我很困擾
明明吃的比別人多
卻還是骨瘦如材
而我也有在運動,雖然很瘦...身體還算健康
同學們都叫我宵夜多吃一點
我之前幾乎每天晚上都是一塊雞排、魯味、鹹酥雞、泡麵......之類的
卻不見其效果
而且我每天的排便量也不多
真不曉得食物都跑去哪裡了
我知道吃宵夜其實對健康不好
可是沒辦法...為了變胖只好吃的比別人
或者有人可以推薦一下宵夜吃什麼會比較健康@@
