最近的我一直感冒發燒
短短一個月就已經發燒兩次,這次更嚴重還上吐下瀉
問題是我其實一直有補身體
每天喝枸杞、紅棗、黨篸泡的茶(補氣,我氣很虛)
中醫開的中藥粉(也是補氣)
每天吃綠藻和水果,我的運動量也很大(跳街舞)
還有特別補鐵,這些不都是補身體的??我不懂為什麼還生病
爬文有人說發燒是好的??(可是那也是因為身體系統出現問題才有的警訊)
板上說的薑蔥蒜我也沒排斥吃(只是沒特別吃)
還有抗氧化食品真的是需要的嗎,對我來說??
拜託熟知養生的人告訴我方法,我想要好的身體,真的很想要
