我一次煮2斤的蜆
加大蒜和薑(切小碎塊)
用雞精罐裝可裝7罐(大蒜和薑也放進)
等冷掉後再拿去冷凍放
要喝的前一晚再拿到冰箱冷藏放
隔天早上就解凍了
問題來了
1.冷冷的直接喝好嗎?
2.冷凍的可以放7.8天以上嗎?
3.蜆精晚上還是早上喝比較好呢?
4.加蒜和薑好嗎?
