膝蓋問題 - 運動

日前上hi-low 有氧,有個快速單腳跳躍旋轉的動作落地方向不對
感覺有點扭到左膝,但平常慢跑快走沒有什麼大礙
只有跑太久覺得左膝比較使不上力,膝蓋內側有點怪
並且收操時做單腳後勾、手拉腳踝放鬆大腿前側的動作時
左膝接合似乎不太順,有點卡卡的
也不是痛,拉腳時覺得左膝正面下緣跟右膝感覺不同
吹到電扇左膝也比較容易酸痛
請問這樣的情形需要停止運動或去醫院檢查嗎?
若需要,是否能推薦台北較好的醫生呢?感謝!
