絲瓜草菇滾鯪魚球湯
今日的天氣要以“滾”的瓜湯為宜。
絲瓜所含營養在瓜類食物中較高,
現代醫學發現它對人體有一定的強心、抗病和防癌作用;
中醫亦認為其能清暑涼血,解毒通便。以它配草菇、
鯪魚球滾湯,能清暑生津,健脾益胃。
材料:
絲瓜400克、草菇200克、鯪魚球200克、生薑4片。
烹制:
絲瓜洗凈,削皮切塊;草菇去蒂洗凈,切對邊;
市場售的鯪魚滑製成球狀。絲瓜在鍋中稍炒鏟起,
於鍋內加清水,武火滾沸後,加入全部材料,滾至熟,
調入適量食鹽和生油便可。
