狂吃+狂動 - 暴食

最多一天吃十多個比手掌還大的麵包
最多一天做有氧運動8小時
我不會催吐 應該是我覺得催吐很浪費食物
但是我食量還是很大 而且也有過度運動的傾向
再加上心情不好的時候就一整個失控
我也不是很想減到多瘦
但是我希望可以控制一下我驚人的食慾
通常我都是一天吃到基代
不小心暴食幾天之後-->狂做有氧運動
就比較可以控制飲食 漸漸食慾又慢慢佔據腦袋
又不小心暴食-->狂運動+記錄每天飲食
食慾又慢慢收斂
又不小心暴食-->逛運動+記錄每天飲食+穿很緊的褲子出門
請問大家還有什麼別的方法
可以緊惕一下自己不要再暴食
因為我覺得我穿很緊的褲子出門已經是我最後一招了XDD
我很怕我又不小心暴食
這樣我就沒招XD
