無法抵抗的飢餓 - 暴食

最近狀況逐漸在好轉了
會逼自己天天都吃到該有的營養
澱粉 青菜 水果 蛋白質
但不知道為何身體好容易餓
平均兩個小時餓一次
是餓到會抖的那種
但明明兩小時前才吃過完整的一餐
有飯有青菜有肉有水果
現在平均一天要吃五六次東西
份量可能都不大
可能是
早上兩顆地瓜+無糖豆漿+一顆蘋果
一小時後餓了吃了一顆芭樂
中午吃便當
兩點又餓了再吃點餅乾巧克力or香蕉
五點餓了再吃便當
七八點又想吃東西了 可能吃幾顆糖果因為在上班
晚上回家一定要再吃大概三四百卡的食物
比起之前暴食當然是好多了
但是一直無止盡的飢餓讓我有點擔心
有人在恢復期間也跟我一樣的嗎?
不知道跟菸量越來越大有沒有關係
可是不抽煙我會更想吃 囧
