比爾蓋茲最近接受美國知名談話性節目主持人Charlie Rose的專訪,
在節目中比爾蓋天回首細數,他的人生。
有件事情蠻有趣的。
關於睡眠,他說他每天一定要睡超過七小時,不然腦袋會變笨。
即使他再忙,晚上也會乖乖上床睡覺,不然隔天早上可能會晚起床而遲到。
跟大家一起分享,每天睡飽七小時,是變成世界首富的重要條件。
腦袋健康,身體健康,財富就會健康。
Bill Gates also discusses sleep and that he needs at least 7 hours of
sleep, or else his “IQ begins to drop”. He wishes that he could be
like other people who can thrive off only 4 hours of sleep. He is a night
person and he “gets very excited about something that’s going wrong or
right”. He would sometimes stay up until 2:00 A.M., which would prove to
be difficult if he had an appointment early in the morning.
