要考研究所了
可是這幾天的精神都很差
我已經盡量調整作習
但是,即使我睡8個鐘頭
起床2個鐘頭後 就又想睡了
是因為我太胖的關係嗎??
聽說胖子精神容易不好
有人說運動也可以改善精神
但是一運動完 天啊,更想睡 orz
我有吃b群,沒什麼作用
想睡還是想睡
前幾篇文章說 可以吃藍藻
唉...一整個就覺得很煩
我該怎麼辦呢??
