晚上睡不著氣色又很差 - 壓力

工作壓力很大這幾個月很難入睡
除非是非常非常的累
累到真的受不了時才睡得著..
但睡的時間都持續不了多久
臉上暗沉越來越多氣色很難看
去看睡眠治療開了安眠藥給我
不太想藉由安眠藥來入眠
請問有什麼方法不需要吃安眠藥也能好好入睡嗎?
