朋友沒有ptt帳號,請我上來幫忙詢問(以下以朋友角度)
如題,十月初開始老闆分派個新專案給我,
因為之前沒接觸過,所以每天都忙到10~11點
工作壓力大不說,脾氣也變的很焦慮
常常感到體力不支,回到家後就只想倒頭就睡
就連床上運動也都提不起勁(另一半還為此生氣 QAQ)
所以想請問一下大家,除了運動外還有什麼方式可以提升體力呢?
